The Bonus

At Arthur Capital, we are revolutionizing investor participation in renewable energy projects through our innovative token bonus system. This system not only enables investors to earn passive income but also fosters a symbiotic relationship between investment growth and the expansion of renewable energy projects like solar farms. Professional Management and Operations:

During the construction and operation of solar projects, Arthur Capital commissions a professional management team to oversee all aspects, including equipment procurement, construction, grid connection, and power sales management. The team ensures that the power plant operates efficiently, with an annual net income target of 10% to 12%. This gives investors peace of mind, knowing that experienced professionals handle all technical and operational details, allowing them to focus on stable investment returns.

Dividend and Reinvestment Mechanisms:

Arthur Capital introduces a two-tier system—the Dividend Mechanism and the Reinvestment Mechanism—to ensure that investors not only benefit from current profits but also participate in long-term growth.

  1. Dividend Mechanism:

    • A portion of the project's net annual revenue is allocated to dividends.

    • Dividends are distributed in USDT or through the purchase of project tokens using USDT, enhancing token liquidity.

    • Investors receive a reasonable annual return based on the project’s performance.

  2. Reinvestment Mechanism:

    • Part of the project’s net revenue is reinvested into constructing new solar power plants.

    • This continuous reinvestment increases the overall scale and revenue potential of the project, allowing investors to benefit from both dividends and the long-term growth of the business.

Token Bonus System:

Our token bonus system provide to investors 5% to 8% share of profits generated by Arthur Capital's solar farms, distributed proportionally based on their token holdings. This unique system aligns investor interests with the success of the renewable energy initiatives. The more successful our solar farms, the higher the potential return for investors.

Example of the Bonus System:

As previously mentioned, the investment raised by the project will be directed towards expanding Arthur Capital's existing solar farm installations, thus facilitating business growth.

Investors will receive 5% to 8% share of the financial returns generated by the solar farms, with this percentage being distributed proportionally among investors according to the number of tokens held. (Those with a larger token holding will consequently receive a greater proportion of the distributed value).

As the business expands, the financial performance of the solar farms is expected to improve, leading to increased returns for investors.

In the subsequent years, the numbers will be directly compared to those from the project's beginning. For instance, if the company's financial performance exceeds the previous year, and consequently, the distributed amount is also higher, the practical value will surpass the initial 5% to 8%. Therefore, it is deemed that the investor received, for instance, 9.6% of ROII (Return Over Initial Investment), which still corresponds to 5% to 8% out of the total net profit margin.
